Stop the presses! Copper Daniels Book #2 is really and truly coming out. For reals, people! The launch date for Bones and Lies Between Us is . . .
I had no idea back when Pennies from Burger Heaven was published in 2015 that it would take me four long years to write the sequel. Never did I dream I would fall into such a dark place after our house fire.
But you know what? I can truly say now that I’m so grateful for the lessons I’ve learned since then because I’m happier and healthier than ever before.
At long last, Bones and Lies Between Us (Copper Daniels #2)- SkipJack Publishing) will be released mid-December. I’m so grateful for your extreme patience. Drumroll, please …[Read more…] about Cover Reveal – Bones and Lies Between Us
It’s been a while since I’ve written to you. That’s because I’ve been avoiding you, er myself … whatever.
The road to hell will be paved with my good intentions. Awhile back, okay – months ago, I told you that my manuscript for the sequel to Pennies from Burger Heaven had been sent to my developmental editor.
I also mentioned my novel would be ready for publication somewhere between July – September 2018.

Overall, the publishing process can be confusing, every-changing and downright scary.
I love learning from others in the industry. Insiders who are generous enough to share their mistakes, their successes and everything in between, so that the rest of us can be on the fast track of knowledge. That’s why I’m excited to share … [Read more…] about How to be a Writing, Publishing, Marketing Rock Star
I have another great read to share with you. I’m crazy lucky to be associated with such amazing authors at SkipJack Publishing. In 2014, I’d read Ken Oder’s first novel, The Closing, which is an incredible legal thriller.
In 2015, I not only read Ken’s second novel, Old Wounds to the Heart, but we became writing buddies. I now consider him a friend, as well as a colleague. Although we’ve never met in person, I admire him on and off the page, and know you will, too. Ken is talented, funny, and supportive. Plus, he LOVES Pennies from Burger Heaven, which makes him BRILLIANT in my mind. That’s why… [Read more…] about Want to Win a Free Copy of Old Wounds to the Heart?
